How does Addison Work?

Upon powerup, Addison will greet you by name, show you the basics of how to use her and all she can do, and she’ll review your personal needs and care plan, and she’ll update them if any changes are required.

How Many Consoles do I need?

Addison’s monthly plans range from a single console to multi-console configurations. Single-family homes typically use 2-3 consoles.

HOW MUCH DOES ADDISON COST?

To ensure we meet your specific needs and offer a correct quote for your services, we ask that you give us a call or send a message. But for reference, Addison can save you up to 90% per month over some alternative living considerations.

The costs for Independent or Assisted Living environments can range from $35,000 to $50,000 a year. Those rates are increasing annually and are estimated to double in the coming decades. Addison provides health support for those seeking to remain independent in their private residence for a fraction of that price.

Addison shows you how to use, well, Addison. If you have a question, Addison can connect you immediately with someone who can help just by asking. If you don’t feel like talking, you can tap Addison’s touchscreen. Addison is the most user-friendly, comprehensive technology you’ve ever witnessed or experienced. CAN ADDISON HELP WITH LIFELONG OR LONG-TERM MEDICAL NEEDS?

As the company releases Addison updates, you’ll receive all the new capabilities without any increase in your monthly service fee. WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE POWER GOES OUT?
Addison is equipped with a backup power supply and service redundancy so you’ll never lose connection and never be alone. Also, Addison’s hub has cell service included, meaning you also don’t have to worry when the phone lines go down.
DO I NEED A LANDLINE?
No. None of Electronic Caregiver products require a landline to function. Our products work off of cellular service so you never lose connection to us.
IS ADDISON HIPAA COMPLIANT?

DO YOU SHARE OR SELL PATIENT DATA?
No, never. In cases where we are authorized or directed by our clients to allow the exchange of critical health alerts or updates to their provider’s healthcare information system, we comply with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources), the standard protocol for the exchange of health information electronically.
